As an Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced instrumentation and control systems that drive our production processes. Responsibility
- Design, install, and commission instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.
- Perform regular calibration, testing, and maintenance of sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for instrumentation equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve system performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings for instrumentation systems.
- Provide training and support to operations and maintenance teams on system operation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instrumentation, automation, or control systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider) and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, HART, etc.).
- Experience with calibration tools, loop testing, and troubleshooting instrumentation devices.
- Familiarity with ISO, IEC, and industry-specific standards for instrumentation and control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English.
