Responsibility
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production challenges using data-driven methodologies and root-cause analysis.
- Develop and implement innovative process improvements to drive cost savings and quality enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all operational processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Proven track record of process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS), data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel), and CAD software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
