Responsibility
- Lead and manage die casting operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Oversee engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage inventory and vendor relationships.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in die casting operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of die casting processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for data analysis.
