Responsibility
- Monitor, analyze, and improve semiconductor equipment performance to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing tools to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and technical documentation for equipment and systems.
- Support the installation, calibration, and validation of new semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices for equipment handling and maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor equipment engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, equipment diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software, PLC systems, and industrial automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment with adherence to safety protocols.
- Familiarity with ISO, SEMI, or other industry standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided for qualified candidates).
