Responsibility
- Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to gain deep insights into semiconductor test operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot automated test equipment (ATE) to ensure high operational efficiency and throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware and software integration issues on the production floor.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for equipment performance improvement.
- Implement engineering solutions for test process optimization and quality control.
- Document technical procedures and equipment configurations to ensure standardized manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and electronic circuit design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for equipment automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) tools is considered an advantage.
