Responsibility
- Lead the technical design and engineering of solar PV systems, including system sizing and component selection.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess feasibility, shade analysis, and structural integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, permit applications, and project documentation for regulatory approval.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Perform on-site supervision of installation teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance post-installation to ensure optimal energy output.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and manage project timelines effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in solar PV project management or engineering.
- Proficiency in solar design software such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, or Helioscope.
- Strong understanding of local electrical standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a professional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
