Responsibility
- Conduct failure analysis on semiconductor components using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate failure detection and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
- Generate detailed reports on failure trends, corrective actions, and process improvements.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns and recommend preventive measures.
- Support the development of test protocols and validation procedures for new products.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor testing.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on failure analysis techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis or testing.
- Proficiency in using failure analysis tools such as SEM, FIB, or optical microscopy.
- Experience with AI or machine learning applications in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as JEDEC or ISO 9001 is preferred.
