Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using logistics software.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve shipping-related issues.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
