Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels across APAC.
- Lead demand forecasting and production planning processes, ensuring alignment with sales, operations, and procurement teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Implement advanced planning tools and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency in logistics and distribution.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, including waste reduction and carbon footprint optimization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior planners, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Proven expertise in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools (e.g., APO, Kinaxis).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with a focus on the APAC region.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
