Responsibility
- Develop and implement test strategies for new and existing products to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce test program times and improve manufacturing capacity.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for yield improvement.
- Design and execute experiments to validate test methodologies and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Document test procedures, results, and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Support the transition of new products from development to full-scale production.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor testing and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
- Familiarity with test equipment and software tools used in semiconductor testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Prior internship or project experience in a related field is a plus.
