Responsibility
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess electrical needs and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Source, evaluate, and procure high-quality electrical materials, components, and tools from trusted vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and procurement activities.
- Ensure adherence to local and national electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff or other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Certification in electrical engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
