Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of SICK’s sensor and automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in industrial automation equipment, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system audits to proactively identify and address potential failures.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams on system operation and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to design tailored solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in sensor technology and automation to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, sensor systems, or a similar technical service role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, industrial sensors, and automation protocols (e.g., Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client support.
- Certifications in industrial automation (e.g., SICK, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley) are highly advantageous.
