The Baker’s Cottage, a premier artisanal bakery with a growing presence in Bali, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance, repair, and technician teams across our Canggu and surrounding Bali locations (Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta).

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities for bakery equipment, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement a proactive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and machinery, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage vendor relationships for specialized repairs, ensuring cost-effective and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, food safety standards).
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritize maintenance needs based on business demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in food production, FMCG, or hospitality industries.
- Proven expertise in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team of technicians or maintenance staff.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and preventive maintenance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Certification in occupational safety, electrical engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed to support 24/7 operations.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already based in Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
