Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain production documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance
- Conduct regular process audits to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Analyze production data and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement
- Support mass production activities by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer requirements
- Participate in cross-functional projects to implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, and work measurement techniques
- Experience with production documentation, SOPs, and quality management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and ERP systems is a plus
