Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test mechanical and electrical systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new engineering projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing systems to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical engineering, preferably in industrial or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC programming, and automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international engineering standards (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
