Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Design and conduct experiments to test process changes, documenting results and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of processes with labor agreements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor staff on new processes, tools, and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
