Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of security equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and address any concerns or requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, logs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security or maintenance industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Certification in security systems or related fields is a plus.
