Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues efficiently.
  • Assist senior engineers in installing, configuring, and maintaining automated healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Document all service requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system with accuracy and detail.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system checks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Train end-users on system operations and best practices to enhance their technical proficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and product updates to provide informed support.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage for critical systems.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role in the healthcare, automation, or logistics industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with automated systems, PLCs, or industrial machinery is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support or training.
