Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Automate test cases using industry-standard tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test reports and metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and MS Dynamics 365.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Azure Test Plans, JIRA, or similar).
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Coded UI, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in ISTQB or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
