Responsibility
- Configure and customize Quality Management Systems (QMS) using built-in tools to meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather system requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
- Test and troubleshoot QMS configurations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide training and support to end-users on QMS functionalities and best practices.
- Document configuration processes, user guides, and system updates for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of QMS upgrades and new features as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QMS technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in system administration, QMS configuration, or a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or related software (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or industry-specific platforms).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Basic understanding of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, or GMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
