Responsibility
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of websites and web applications for global clients.
- Monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and implement timely fixes to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to resolve bugs, enhance functionality, and improve user experience.
- Perform regular website audits, including SEO checks, speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for internal knowledge bases.
- Support content management system (CMS) updates, plugin integrations, and security patches.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal stakeholders and end-users.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1+ years of experience in web development, IT support, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend languages (e.g., PHP, Python).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with website performance tools (e.g., Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
