Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify training needs and organize workshops or training sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
