Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, pet shops, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and product expertise.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to drive product adoption and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and maximize brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in animal health, pet care, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and business development strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Passion for animal health and welfare, with a customer-centric mindset.
