Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for hemodialysis products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, dialysis centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the hemodialysis sector.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in medical device sales and healthcare partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and medical seminars to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in hemodialysis or renal care.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market, with existing networks in Bali’s medical community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
