Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Biszon Flexipack’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of client orders and projects.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs to position Biszon Flexipack as a leader in innovative packaging solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable and sustainable deals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
