Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, agencies, and brands, to sell premium outdoor advertising spaces (billboards, digital screens, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the OOH advertising sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design impactful advertising campaigns for clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry innovations, including digital OOH (DOOH) technologies, to offer cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the outdoor advertising industry (OOH/DOOH) is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales tracking software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
