Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, agencies, and brands, to sell premium outdoor advertising spaces (billboards, digital screens, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the OOH advertising sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design impactful advertising campaigns for clients.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry innovations, including digital OOH (DOOH) technologies, to offer cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the outdoor advertising industry (OOH/DOOH) is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales tracking software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
