Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue government procurement opportunities, including tenders, RFPs, and direct negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and submit compliant and competitive bids, proposals, and tender documents within deadlines.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on government policies, procurement trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure proposals meet all technical and commercial requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of bids, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at government meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on government procurement or bidding processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing government contracts or tenders.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with e-procurement platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
