Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Bali region.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to promote bank products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Bali market and local business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
