Responsibility
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of building materials, with a focus on floor coverings, to provide expert product recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling product presentations and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs to inform product strategy.
- Provide technical support and training to sales teams, distributors, and end customers.
- Manage product specifications, pricing, and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to refine product offerings and improve market positioning.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Floorrich Globalâs products.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical support within the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor coverings (e.g., vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tiles) and related installation techniques.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
