Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, features, and benefits to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through personalized follow-ups and loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
- Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Participate in training sessions and brand events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
