Responsibility
- Prospect and acquire new clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through consistent performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Represent Odyssey Marketing at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic industry.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
