Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales, networking, and digital marketing.

- Collaborate with legal and processing teams to ensure smooth case handoffs and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa categories, and market trends in Bali and key destination countries.
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions for data-driven sales strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or consultative roles (immigration industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
