Responsibility
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities to promote Maxicare’s healthcare plans to potential clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored healthcare solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on the benefits, features, and coverage options of Maxicare’s products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare regulations to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold Maxicare’s values by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed.
