Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base for construction supplies, including paints, in the Bali region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to clients to ensure they select the right materials for their projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the construction, hardware, or building materials industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with construction supplies, paints, and related products is highly advantageous.
