Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned cluster.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance business partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
