Responsibility

  • Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation to support business development efforts.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., engineering, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and update CRM systems with accurate client information and interaction records.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends, providing insights to the sales team.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with clients and prospects.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.

Qualifications
