Responsibility
- Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position Ecube Labs effectively.
- Attend virtual meetings and training sessions during US Central Time (CT) hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, SaaS, or tech industries (remote experience a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive, client-focused approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability to work US business hours (09:00–17:00 CT) with a stable internet connection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Residence in Bali, Indonesia with legal work authorization.
