Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities management and maintenance sector across Asia-Pacific.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Negotiate and close contracts, proposals, and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in facilities management, property services, or related industries.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 30%) for client meetings, events, or business development activities.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market or Asia-Pacific business landscape is a strong advantage.
