Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s construction sector, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and government agencies to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and market trends.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction while addressing any issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to align sales strategies with project feasibility and company capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s construction landscape.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction sales, business development, or account management, preferably in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations in Indonesia.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
