In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging communication between our company and Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional customer service. Responsibility

  • Assist the sales team in communicating with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Translate and interpret business documents, emails, and conversations between English and Chinese.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals in both languages.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Chinese-speaking regions.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
  • Attend meetings and trade shows, acting as a liaison for Chinese stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; HSK certification is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and business etiquette in Chinese markets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and industry standards.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales or administrative experience is advantageous.
