Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in communicating with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Translate and interpret business documents, emails, and conversations between English and Chinese.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals in both languages.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Chinese-speaking regions.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
- Attend meetings and trade shows, acting as a liaison for Chinese stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; HSK certification is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and business etiquette in Chinese markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and industry standards.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales or administrative experience is advantageous.
