Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital business strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for SaaS and AI products in Southeast Asia.
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to expand the company’s digital footprint.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to refine go-to-market strategies and improve customer acquisition/retention.
- Champion AI-driven solutions to automate processes, personalize customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and scaling.
- Collaborate with leadership to secure buy-in for innovation projects and digital transformation roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in digital business development, SaaS sales, or tech-driven commercial roles.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, and AI applications in enterprise solutions.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), or BI platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product management frameworks.
