Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Singapore and Malaysia markets is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
