Responsibility

  • Develop and execute on-ground sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in Bali’s retail sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to drive customer awareness and adoption of Time dotCom’s telecom solutions.
  • Manage and optimize cluster performance by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in trade shows, roadshows, and local events to boost brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in retail sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and existing networks in the region is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, sales analytics software, or Microsoft Office Suite.
