Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our automotive solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our products effectively.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, preferably in the automotive, retail, or B2B sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding quotas.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
