Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s competitive market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
