Responsibility
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s competitive market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
