Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali and surrounding areas.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Regional Sales Manager/Director).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in Southeast Asia or emerging markets.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
