Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our premium automotive offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events tailored to the Bali region.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
- Represent Sakura Autoworld Inc. at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-centric mindset.
