Responsibility
- Monitor and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on sales techniques and customer engagement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to position CVM Finance as a market leader.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
