Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the media sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized media solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital and traditional media.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of media planning, buying, and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for the media industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
