We are expanding our dynamic sales team in Bali, Indonesia and seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the region’s thriving healthcare market.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our premium medical diagnostic products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Your expertise in relationship-building and market penetration will be key to expanding our footprint in Bali’s competitive medical supply sector. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in medical diagnostics.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to clients to ensure optimal use of our medical devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute localized campaigns, promotions, and trade shows to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies to position Lifeline Diagnostics as the preferred supplier in the region.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare distribution, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Indonesia, including key stakeholders and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
